Open Studios Week 3 Begins!

Tonight, The Shadow was invited to Art Explosion's three locations as they held their Preview Party for Week 3 of Open Studios.

 

  

  

  

Works by Art Explosion artists on display this weekend

Art Explosion's three locations are three of the various venues that will be hosting Open Studios beginning Saturday.  And from what The Shadow noticed tonight, these artists are on the cutting edge of art.  It was a pleasure visiting these artists tonight.

Art Explosion is located at the following locations:

• 2425 17th Street (between Potrero and Hampshire)
• 744 Alabama Street (at 19th Street)
• 2345 Harrison Street (at 19th Street)

The studios will be open Friday from 7-11 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.  The Shadow would like to thank all of the artists at Art Explosion for their hospitality tonight.
