The Shadow Endorses Kimberly Knox for San Francisco Board of Education

San Francisco voters will be asked to select three members of its Board of Education. There are currently 15 people on the ballot. The Shadow would like to highlight one of the candidates.

The Shadow has come to know Kimberly "Kim" Knox for the past several months. It is his belief that Kim will be a welcome addition to the San Francisco Board of Education.

The Shadow with Candidate Kim Knox

The following is from Kim's Candidate statement:

An education activist for 20 years, I mentored 82 SFUSD high school students and was chosen "Mentor of the Year." I created SF's High School Environmental Summit and co-founded "Sun, Wind and Water Day." My books on teaching students about science have been distributed through North America.

Kim has impressed The Shadow that she will work hard on the board. It is our belief that Kim Knox should be elected to the San Francisco Board of Education.

Disclaimer: Neither Kim Knox nor her campaign have paid or otherwise influenced this blog posting. These are the personal opinions of The Shadow only.
