The Shadow Views Works by Aisjah Hopkins
Tonight, ARTWorkSF held its first solo show in its new gallery. The artist being showcased tonight was Aisjah Hopkins, who has been featured on this blog in the past in other ARTWorkSF blog entries. This was also Aisjah's first solo gallery show.
This show was entitled "Eternal Symbols" and featured some of Aisjah's work in a number of mediums.
This exhibit is currently showing at ARTWorkSF's Gallery, located at 49 Geary Street, Suite 215, in Downtown San Francisco. But if you want to see this exhibit you will have to hurry. This exhibit is only scheduled to run through this Saturday, December 2, 2006. Gallery hours are noon to 5:00 p.m. through Saturday.
Aisjah's work is available for sale during this exhibition. In fact, one of her pieces had been sold tonight prior to the arrival of The Shadow to the reception.

I, too, enjoyed the art thoroughly!
Big, bold beautiful pieces...almost as big as the shadow is getting.
