The Shadow Visits Cava22

The Shadow recently had the chance to review the work of artist Wendy Robushi at a new ARTWorkSF venue -- Cava22.

Cava22 is a new Mexican Restaurant and Tequila Bar located in the heart of the Mission District in San Francisco. Along with viewing some of Wendy's artwork, there was a Mezcal tasting.

Although The Shadow was not able to sample the appetizers at Cava22, several people informed us that they were top notch. The bar has an extensive tequila collection and excellent wines.

Wendy's exhibit is showing at Cava22, 3239 22nd Street, until March 12, 2008. Cava22's hours are M-Th 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is worth the trip.
