The Shadow Views Elements

The Earth is comprised of four elements -- earth, wind, fire and water. One would hardly think of them as works of art. So The Shadow was pleasantly surprised at ARTWorkSF newest show at Polarity Post Productions, "Elemental by Design".

Just about every work in this exhibit had at least one of the four elements as the central theme of the work. Matt McKinley, Chief Curator at ARTWorkSf describes the exhibit as thus:
Elemental by Design features work inspired by the elements earth, air, fire, water, metal. Work selected for this exhibit features literal usage of one or more of the elements (i.e., stone carving or clay sculputre) and work with imagery and color schemes inspired by the elements.
